Frequently Asked Questions
What is the desired overall budget for my wedding?
Do you offer flexibility in meeting times for international clients with different time zones?
How can I ensure that my wedding planning stays on track?
How far in advance I need to book/planning a wedding?
To ensure a smooth and stress-free wedding, it’s recommended to start planning and booking at least 3-9 months before your desired ceremony date. However, we understand that each situation is unique, and we are always willing to work with you and your specific needs to make your special day a reality. Our flexibility is one of our biggest strengths as a company!
When is the best season in Bali?
Bali experiences only two seasons – the wet season and the dry season. The wet season lasts from November to March, characterized by heavy rain, high temperatures, and humidity. The dry season lasts from April to October and offers excellent weather with sunny days. So, which is the best time to do a wedding in Bali? Based on our experience, the ideal months are April, May, September, and October. During these months, the weather is pleasant, and it is not a high season for tourists so it will be more affordable for flights and accommodation. However, due to climate change, we may still see occasional scattered showers during the dry season.
What is the payment policy?
What is the change, force majeure, and cancellation policy?
The Wedding Planner will honor any event re-booking up to one year from the original booking. Re-booking due to Force Majeure will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Every attempt will be made to re-book at the initially contracted rate. However, any rate difference will be reviewed with the Client before issuing the re-booking confirmation.
