When is the best season in Bali?

Bali experiences only two seasons – the wet season and the dry season. The wet season lasts from November to March, characterized by heavy rain, high temperatures, and humidity. The dry season lasts from April to October and offers excellent weather with sunny days. So, which is the best time to do a wedding in Bali? Based on our experience, the ideal months are April, May, September, and October. During these months, the weather is pleasant, and it is not a high season for tourists so it will be more affordable for flights and accommodation. However, due to climate change, we may still see occasional scattered showers during the dry season.

What is the payment policy?
50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the service. The remaining payment is due two weeks before the wedding day.
What is the change, force majeure, and cancellation policy?
If either party wishes to cancel this agreement, they must do so in writing, and there will be no refund if the wedding is canceled. All attempts for re-booking will be made in writing and must be signed by all parties. In case of an Act of God, such as weather, fire, flood, earthquake, tsunami, or any other natural calamity, The Wedding Planner cannot be held responsible, and no refund will be given.

The Wedding Planner will honor any event re-booking up to one year from the original booking. Re-booking due to Force Majeure will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Every attempt will be made to re-book at the initially contracted rate. However, any rate difference will be reviewed with the Client before issuing the re-booking confirmation.
